Issue: I had a Zoom call today, but HiDock didn't record it. There is an MP3 file, but nothing can be heard.
If this happens, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
(1) Try connecting HiDock directly to the laptop.
(2) Disconnect the power delivery and the connection with the laptop, and then connect the laptop directly to try again.
(3) When using a USB hub to connect to HiDock, make sure the USB-C interface of the hub supports at least USB 3.0 protocol, audio, power of 5V/3A, and video display.
